DIRECTIONS

WALKING
Just south of the Sheppard and Yonge intersection, walk into the Procter and Gamble building (right next to Whole Foods store), go to the concourse level.

DRIVING
South of Sheppard and Yonge. From Yonge street, turn to Anndale Drive, on the right hand side is the entrance to the Procter and Gamble underground parking (free parking for our patients). Buzz the security and tell them you are visiting the dental office, park at level P2. Press C (concourse) button in the elevator, that will lead you to concourse level where our office is located.

From Sheppard Subway station, take Poyntz Avenue exit, enter the Procter and Gamble Building, we are on the left hand side.

   I've been coming to this dentist office for about 4 years now, since I came to Canada. They never disappoint. Shout out to Isabel for always making my visit a walk in the park.    The level of patient care, knowledge and dental experience is fantastic! I've been visiting Yonge Sheppard Dental for 1.5 years for regular check ups and major dental work (implants).

Isabel is knowledgable on the insurance provider processes and made the claim process stress free. Whether it's routine work or unexpected visit, there was never any guesswork on what to expect.

Dr.Kim demonstrated exceptional expertise when building and walking me through my implant surgical plan. His approach is methodical and was not afraid to make adjustments to address unforeseen challenges. He made me feel in control and confident throughout the journey.

   As much as I love their customer service.
their technical skills are questionable.

I went in to their clinic in June 2022, to get 1 tooth filled, because my old filler has gone out.
and I keep telling them I only want 1 tooth filled, I didn't have any problem with my other teeth, or gums.
all I wanted was to fill that 1 tooth.

they tried to upsell me for a root canal, tried to give me a crown for about $1200 plus.
I told them I have no pain, and I only want a filler.

they ended up cleaning all my teeth, and did a few fillers, after removing some of my old ones.

after a week, everything hurts.

they emailed me saying if i want to book another cleaning session,
i told them my teeth hurts, and I can't really chew on certain food.
all they can say is " Please be advised that it is normal to experience some sensitivity after cleaning"
they didn't try to help me resolve my teeth aches. they didn't offer to look at them, to see if there is a problem.
never a follow up. again after.

today is September 2023, one of the fillers they did fell off.
alot of my teeth are very sensitive now, and I cannot eat certain things like before.

I must have gotten really unlucky, and I have lost all faith in Candian dental clinic.

   I felt incredibly welcomed during my first visit here. Isabel was exceptionally patient when she explained my insurance breakdown and upcoming treatment procedure, leaving no room for confusion.
